HOW WE CLEAN YOUR ROOF
We start by applying a surfactant to your roof. The surfactant then dwells on the roof for about 30 minutes. After the surfactant has had a chance to do what it does best the rinse process begins and you will see the results immediately. . Many companies do include a rinse in the cleaning process. After applying the surfactant they wait for rain to come in to start the rinse process. Advanced Exterior Maintenance approach is different.
